- $45 standard shipping (contiguous U.S.)
$40 shipping when combined with other purchases

- $55 to Alaska & Hawaii
$50 to Alaska & Hawaii with other purchases

Shipping & Handling World Shipping

- Other nations are $250.
$225 with other purchases
